Returns & Refunds Policy

Core policy: As our products are customized, returns are not accepted.
Damage-on-Arrival Support (Replacement / Store Credit)
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email hello@fiorance.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach your order ID, unboxing video, clear photos of the product, and outer packaging (with label).
  3. After verification, we'll issue a replacement or store credit (no cash refunds for customized items).
  4. We may request the return of the damaged item in certain cases.

Not eligible:

  • Used items, partial burns, scent preference changes, minor cosmetic variations,
    or damage caused by improper storage/use.
