By accessing or purchasing from Fiorance Luxe, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• We specialise in customised candles and wax sachets. Handcrafted processes may produce minor variations in colour, texture, and scent intensity—this is part of their artisanal character.
• Product photos are illustrative; final pieces may vary slightly due to design and customisation.

• Orders are accepted upon successful payment and our order confirmation.
• Payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via compliant payment gateways / aggregators. We rely on RBI-regulated payment aggregators/gateways for secure processing as per the RBI Guidelines on  Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways  (DPSS.CO.PD.No.1810/02.14.008/2019-20). • Currency: INR.
• Pricing & taxes: Prices shown are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated on product pages. A tax invoice will be provided with GST details (if applicable).
• Failed or flagged payments: If a payment fails or is flagged for fraud risk by the gateway, the order may be paused or cancelled. We’ll notify you and help you retry or process a different payment method.

• Customised orders enter production promptly; cancellations are usually not possible once the order is confirmed. If you reach out quickly, we’ll attempt to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation for bespoke items.

• As items are hand-poured and customised, crafting times may vary by design/quantity. We’ll share estimated timelines in your order confirmation.

• We ship pan-India via trusted couriers.
• Shipping timeline: 5–6 days after dispatch (transit time).
• Tracking details are shared via email/SMS upon dispatch.
• Courier delays due to weather, holiday peaks, or unforeseen events are outside
• our control, but we’ll assist with status updates.

• No returns for customised candles and wax sachets (brand policy).
• Damage-on-arrival claims are handled via replacement or store credit; see Returns & Refunds Policy below.

• Please follow our Candle Care & Safety guidelines for optimal performance and safety.

• All designs, photos, text, and brand assets are owned by Fiorance Luxe. Use, Copying, or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

•  We aim to align our e-commerce practices with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, including transparency and grievance mechanisms for online sales. [wipo.int]
